PROJECT MANAGER

Micael McKenzie Inc Creative is located in McCall, Idaho and strives to provide high quality integrated marketing solutions for small businesses in Idaho and beyond. Since its inception in 2010, Micael McKenzie Inc Creative has worked to provide top quality service that exceeds our clients’ expectations regardless of what the marketing budget may be. Small or large, every dollar is important, and it is our job to maximize results. To continue to provide amazing service, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our small team.

As a small business, the name of the game is flexibility. We all have to wear a lot of hats here! As such, we are looking to add an integrated position and find someone who can be our “Chief Organization Officer” to help keep projects on track and client communication on point as well as support us in other areas such as content creation, content calendar management, and website updating.

Our clients cover a huge range of sectors including hospitality, real estate, education, nonprofit, government, retail, service, and more. Every day is something new, so our team members will need to be flexible, creative, and excel at time management. This position offers a lot of freedom without excessive micro-management. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated and extremely organized.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us for many years to come!

Compensation

We are offering a competitive starting hourly rate of $22 – $25 per hour DOE with ample room for future growth.

We are open to either a full-time or part-time position as fits the candidate.

After 4 months, based on performance, there is an option to transition from an hourly rate to a salaried position with a $100 monthly (for part time) or $200 monthly (for full time) HSA contribution.

Other perks include working from home in your pajamas (this is a fully remote position) and flexible hours as long as deadlines are met (we all have lives outside of work!). Part time would be 20-25 hours per week, full time would be 30-40 hours.
