Krahn’s Home Furnishings was looking for a website to showcase their collections. In addition to what they carry in-store, their website tells the history of the family business.

Krahn’s Home Furnishings grew out of a family business, Gem Furniture, that started in Boise.  In 1973 Gem Furniture had opened in McCall, then in 1981 Krahn’s bought sole control of the McCall store and it became Krahn’s Home Furnishings.  Founders Gaylord, Marilyn and Dan have grown the business and following Gaylord and Marilyn’s retirement, the family tradition continues as Dan’s wife Nancy joined the business.  Bob Krahn now continues the tradition as the third generation keeping Krahn’s as an integral part of the McCall community.
